Meet The Team
Michael Jervis
Michael is one of the owners of the company and has been working in the joinery trade for over 20 years. With a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for the industry, he has played a key role in building the company into what it is today. Known for his hands-on approach, strong work ethic, and friendly personality, Michael is always happy to share his knowledge and support both customers and colleagues.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active at the gym and loves travelling around the world. When he's not working you'll usually find him spending time with friends and family. His positive attitude and down-to-earth nature make him a valued part of both the business and the team.
Shawn Charles
Shawn is one of the owners of the company and brings over 20 years of experience in the joinery and construction industry. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, sharing his expertise, and leading by example. His knowledge, dedication, and passion for the trade have played a key role in the company's success and growth.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending quality time with his family and young children. Whether it's heading out for walks, exploring the outdoors, or making memories with his loved ones, family time is something he values greatly.
Zak Blair
Zak joined the team as a joinery apprentice in 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the workforce. Keen to learn and always ready to get involved, he enjoys developing his skills on site and taking on new challenges as he progresses in the trade.
Outside of work, Zak enjoys spending time fishing and socialising with friends. Whether he's relaxing by the water or having a laugh with his mates, he brings the same positive attitude and enthusiasm to everything he does. His friendly nature, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn make him a great addition to the team.
